Gestalt Therapy & NLP Allan A. MacNeil is a Gestalt Therapist, B.A. Master NLP Certified Practitioner with a private practice in Toronto. Allan graduated from the Gestalt Institute of Toronto in 2003 and he completed his post-graduate studies in 2005. He studied with JoAnne Greenham, Jay Tropianskaia, Carolyn Edwards and Fran Battista Khanna. At the Institute Allan was co-leader of public workshops including Anxiety and Fear, Art Therapy Training, Clowning for Couples, Art and Dreamwork, Sexuality, and the Trouble with Anger. Research includes couples therapy, relationships, human sexuality, sexual orientation, gender idenity, confusion, comparison, tolerance and acceptance. He graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Addictions and Mental Health from George Brown College. His undergraduate work at Ryerson University includes Disability Studies, Social Work and Theatre. Allan also has Diplomas in Architectural Design and in Theatre Arts. He has taught theatre in Canada and in the U.S. Allan is a supportive and challenging therapist with compassion for his clients. He creates possibilities for you to work in a safe environment and take risks necessary for personal development and growth. Allan is well known for his case management service with psychiatric consumer survivors in Toronto hospitals since the 1990's. Personal Therapy Sessions:
